Q: What is your role at VGM Forbin, and can you describe a typical day for you?
A: I am the Customer Care Specialist. I handle tickets/calls coming in from clients throughout the day, creating tasks, communication, and doing small projects.

A: I have been part of the VGM Forbin family for 1 year, and I have been with VGM for 17 years.
Q: What do you love most about your role, and what motivates you to excel each day?
A: Having a different variety of tickets, issues, and questions. Each day is never the same and always a challenge. I am motivated because I feel I’m an important role, and I know customer care makes a difference.

A: I enjoy crafts, movies, gardening, and music.
