Share Google Analytics Access with an Analyst

There is so much data in the Google Analytics platform. It may seem impossible to find real, actionable meaning in all of those charts and tables. Truth is, it's easier than you might think. To understand the data in ways that can inform your businesses decisions, set up a time to review your Analytics dashboard with a strategist. Sharing your Google Analytics property access with VGM Forbin's strategists is simple. Just follow the steps below.

Share Google Analytics access with [email protected] for a workshop session.

  • Visit analytics.google.com
  • Near the top of the screen, Choose the Google Analytics property to which you would like to share access

  •

  • Choose any view from the Property to which you will be sharing access.

  •

  • At the bottom left corner of your Google Analytics screen, choose the Admin menu.

  •

  • In the center column, you’ll find options related to the Property. Select “Property Access Management”.

  •

  • Click the blue circle with a plus sign icon (+), then select “Add users”

  •

  • Select the “Analyst” role.

  • Then in the upper right corner, click “Add”.

  •

  • You should see [email protected] listed with the “Analyst” role in the permissions list.
