Sometimes the newest members of your team create the biggest impact. Though she’s only been with Forbin for about a year, Mallory Wohlford is a familiar face and voice for our clients. As Forbin’s Customer Care Specialist, Mallory spends her days interacting with Forbin customers and connecting them with the web solutions they need.
Because of all her wonderful work to help Forbin’s customers, Mallory has been recognized by our president, Lindy Tentinger, as the Forbin Spotlight winner for the month of July, 2021.
We interviewed Mallory and this is what she had to say:

How long have you been working at Forbin:
I first started at Forbin in September of 2020, so I’ve almost been here a full year! -
What is your role at Forbin:
My role at Forbin is Customer Care Specialist, which means I am the first line of defense for our clients who reach out with website update requests or any issues that may arise along with a wide range of other duties throughout the day. -
What's your favorite thing about your job:
One of my favorite things about my job here at Forbin would be being able to work with people from all types of backgrounds! This includes my coworkers, as well as clients from all over the nation. -
An interesting fact you may not know about me:
I am ordained in the state of Iowa! -
Most importantly, if you were stranded on an island what is one thing you would make sure to have on you:
Embarrassingly, I will admit that I’ve put a lot of thought into this question before. I would definitely make sure I have a cast iron skillet. -
Last, but not least: Cats, dogs or both?
Both! My partner and I have one of each, and I couldn’t imagine our lives without either one.

Here’s why Sydney thinks Mallory should be our spotlight: “She is constantly keeping a level head regardless of the client requests that come in or new programs she takes on. She is a giant asset to our team and builds wonderful connections with team members. Mallory always wants to make sure she is doing her job to the best of her ability and welcomes new challenges daily. Very lucky to have her!”
Bailey also said, “Mallory deals with a lot of not-so-fun stuff every day. She keeps cool and continues to help people even when things get tough and overwhelming. People don't realize the amount of fires she deals with on a daily basis, so she deserves recognition for that because she's amazing! She’s nothing but helpful any time I ask for her help.”
