We are thrilled to shine the VGM Forbin Employee Spotlight on Maddie Naeve, our remarkable Visual Content Strategist! Since joining us as an intern in late May 2023 and stepping into a full-time role in September 2023, Maddie has significantly elevated our visual content game for both internal and external projects. Maddie's role involves weaving creativity into every graphic design she touches, bringing ideas to life in the most visually compelling ways.  

We interviewed our spotlight, and this is what she had to say: 

1. How long have you been working at VGM Forbin: 
   I have been working at VGM Forbin as an intern since late May 2023, and started full time in September 2023. 

2. What is your role at Forbin:
   I am a visual content strategist, meaning I do graphic design for internal and external projects. 

3. What's your favorite thing about your job:
   My favorite things about my job are the people I work with. I am genuinely so lucky to work with people who care about me as a person and as a professional. I enjoy the work I do, and I get to do it with people that I enjoy working with. 

4. An interesting fact you may not know about me:
   An interesting fact about me is that I have seen every season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, Shea Coulee is my favorite queen. (Or) I have a cat named Murphy, who was named after Murphy from Interstellar. 

5. Most importantly, if you were stranded on an island what is one thing you would make sure to have on you:
   If I was stranded on a desert island, I would need to have sunscreen, me and the sun are NOT friends. 

6. Cold or hot coffee?
   Cold coffee ALWAYS, iced americano to be exact. 

7. Lastly, if you could have one superpower what would it be?
   If I could have any superpower, I would want to time travel, not to fix mistakes or anything, more so to make sure I had time to do everything on my to do list!

Kelly said, “Madison started as an intern but quickly showed us that she had so much more to offer. I am so thankful she is on the team. Not only is she an incredible designer but she is just such a fun asset to the team. She has kept the group chat alive and kept us all communicating in a fun way, bringing back some of that Forbin culture that can go missing with remote work. She has nailed every random project I have thrown her way and gives her own flair. I appreciate her so much (and appreciate her even more when Murph makes an appearance on meetings).” 
 
Kate agreed, “Madison Naeve is a rockstar on our team, always acing any project she gets. She's super eager to tackle new ideas and make our marketing better. Madison has an amazing eye for design and does a phenomenal job working with our team and our clients. She's a key player, bringing lots of energy and great ideas to the table!” 

Hearing from her colleagues, it’s clear Maddie’s contributions have not gone unnoticed. Her ability to blend artistic flair with strategic thinking has not only enhanced the quality of our projects but has also made her an invaluable asset to the VGM Forbin team.
